With just two feet of wall space, you can turn nearly any room/space into a complete home Studio. Cleverly designed The Mirror, offers excellent high quality five to 60-minute live classes or choose from thousands of on-demand options to workout with on your schedule across a wide variety of genres like boxing, yoga flow, dance cardio, kettlebell, strength training, Pilates, pre + postnatal, barre and more.
Previously known as The Mirror the Studio Mirror powered by advanced camera technology and machine-learning gets to understand you as you take classes. It tracks your progress and adjusts the intensity of workouts as you improve and get stronger. A Different Connected-Fitness Approach
A little different from standard iFit, Peloton, and SoulCycle studio classes, the Studio Mirror films most classes with a black background – the idea being too free you from distractions as you work out with your instructor.
The instructor's silhouette image appears alongside your on-screen reflection with displayed metrics such as calories burned, a countdown clock, Real-time heart rate data (if Bluetooth connected), along with other members taking the same session, whether live or on-demand. At the end of each session, your average heart rate, the length of time you worked out and the number of calories burned are nicely displayed.
For some, working out with your reflection can take a second to get used to. We really found it helpful with form/coordination.
The lululemon Studio Mirror costs $1,495, but right now for a limited time is $995 and you can also finance a Studio Mirror for $28 / month plus a $39 monthly membership for the classes. The Studio Mirror can be wall-mounted or stand by itself against the wall. The choice is yours.
You should consider a Studio Mirror if you are looking to replace going to Gym or in person Studio classes or want to supplement what you are currently doing. The Studio Mirror is an effective, versatile option with tons of class variety, and for many of them you do not need any other equipment.

With the 2-way camera you can get live feedback from instructors. Instructors can see and communicate with you and even have access to your class data, heart rate, and previous session milestones. For privacy however, the Mirror camera and mic are only turned on at the start of a session— you can disable both devices anytime. With its Connected-fitness home gym app, you get on-demand and live access to expert personal instructors. There is a good depth of trainers to choose from, each with their own style, personality, and energy level they bring to each workout session. Find your favorites as you filter down and experience different instructors, then bookmark or add live classes with your favorite trainer to your calendar. They set the pace, push and encourage you, guide you through the correct form, and help establish goals to get the most out of your training. Wall mounted or free-standing the lululemon Studio Mirror has a tiny footprint and Slim Profile
A good thing we loved about the mirror is its small footprint with slim profile when compared to a lot of other exercise equipment like Tonal and Nordictrack’s Vault. Another nice aspect is it blends in with your décor. When the Studio Mirror is not being used it is a good-looking full-length mirror, waiting in sleep mode for you to begin another session.

There is beginner to advanced class training options to meet any skill level with new Live classes every week. Many competitors, including Peloton, have eliminated or reduced and scaled back live classes. Workout Sessions feature bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and more. Class options include dance, kickboxing, Pilates, cardio, strength, barre and yoga flows.
The Mirror’s display is a vibrant and bright 40-inch Full HD LED display. It is not a touchscreen, but the upside is there are no smudges or fingerprints to deal with. Besides the on-off switch towards the bottom of the device, you manage The Mirror via its companion App on a smart device where you access, filter or start a session from the full library. You can use an IOS or Android phone, tablet or smart TV. Once a session has started you can choose to pause, rewind, fast forward using your phone or an Apple Watch.

We found the Apple Watch easily pairs with a lululemon Mirror and can be used as a heart rate monitor to view your real-time heartrate data. You will find most Bluetooth 5.0 devices such as AirPods and most heartrate monitors easily connect with The Mirror. If you are not concerned about the sound level, you can choose to play music through the 2 front-facing 10-watt speakers or use most wireless headphones.

GOOD TO KNOW
▪ Studio MIRROR workouts are designed so that all you need is enough space to stand in front of it allowing nearly any room to become a home gym or studio. You only need 2 feet of wall space for the Mirror, a standard outlet and access to Wi-Fi is required. You will want to make sure you have enough floorspace for a mat and room enough to jump around and perform movements.
▪ Since a lululemon Mirror is not a touchscreen you control it via its smartphone app. There is a power button that will switch the Mirror on or off, however many owners just allow it to go into sleep mode until the next session, rebooting it once or twice a month.

Network Requirements
Live streamed classes require at least 10 megabits per second of stable speed to avoid buffering. If you have 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands, both Mirror & smart devices used to control the Mirror must be on the same band. Tech support is very helpful if you have any questions. Note: Soon you will be able to download classes and run them offline if your home network connectivity is temporarily an issue.

Delivery and Installation
Delivery & installation includes professionally mounting your Studio Mirror on the Wall or a Stand Mount leaning against the wall (with optional anchors attached). This service typically takes 30-45 minutes to complete. A technician will make sure your Mirror is securely installed and powered on.
▪ The lululemon Mirror can be installed on most wall types including drywall, masonry, concrete or plaster.
Cost: Delivery and installation usually costs a flat $250, with the exception of promotions, and is well worth it especially if you want your Studio Mirror wall mounted. Installation is not required so if you are a DYI type then go for it, but we do recommend using a their White-Glove service as it is so quick and easy.
A Wall Mounted Mirror mounts flush to your wall and requires two to six small holes for secure installation. (See video clip below)

The Studio Mirror comes with a 6’ power cord with a three-pronged plug. If your outlet is farther away from the Mirror, you can use an extension or purchase any longer C13 Power cord. You can purchase longer C13 power cords at Amazon. If you are mounting your Mirror on the wall the power cord comes with a low-profile adaptor so it will lie flush against the wall with a regular wall outlet.
