GOLF WORKOUTS

Improve the length of your drive and get your body ready for 18 holes with the newest program, Studio MIRROR Sport: Golf Training. In just four weeks, you’ll notice a difference on the golf course.

The four week-program consists of two classes per week with a different theme for each workout. Learn more about the schedule by week.

Golf Training with weights to build strength

PROGRAM SCHEDULE and FOCUS

  • Week 1: [Strength & Mobility drills]
    The First two golf focused workouts concentrate on strength & mobility where you just use your own bodyweight.

  • Week 2: [Power]
    The first workout for the second week will focus on strength and mobility in the hips and shoulders using medium dumbbells. While during the second session for week 2 will use a medium resistance band to build strength, power and mobility.

  • Week 3: [Balance]
    For this golf focused workout of the third week, you will need a Mini Resistant Band where you will concentrate on strength, mobility and balance coordination. The second session for the week will concentrate on your core and hip strength using a Mini resistance Band.

  • Week 4: [Stretch]
    The first workout of the last week is a dynamic stretch class that focuses on mobility for pain free play and a better set-up position. While last workout goes back to using medium dumbbells to reinforce mobility and strength drills.
