The Mirror Sport Overview

lululemon Studio Mirror has added a new collection of workouts called Mirror Sport. The first addition to Mirror Sport is an 8-week 5K training program. The 5K program will combine outdoor runs with yoga, recovery and strength building Mirror workouts specifically designed for members training for a 5K race, even if you have never run one before. This new program will be led by Mirror trainers Lance Parker, Xtina Jensen, Ashtain Rothchild, and Hollis Tuttle.

The Studio MIrror’s new 5K Training Program is a cross-training plan designed to get members from a first run to race day. lululemon looks to engage members on and off the Mirror and incorporate the right apparel to support a member’s training with lululemon products designed for running, includes the new Blissfeel running shoes. The 5K program adds value for its Mirror members as it is part of the monthly $39 Mirror subscription.


HOW TO FIND the 5K Run Program

Just open your MIRROR App to learn more about MIRROR Sport: 5K Run Program and join. It is a featured workout. You can also find it by searching Trainer Lance Parker.

THERE IS A WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Each week the program will have three runs, two strength workouts, and a weekly stretch for recovery.

Led by founding trainer Lance Parker, the team of four trainers will provide tips, support, and motivation to guide members along the way.

Lance Parker, Head Coach

Lance is a founding instructor for The Mirror. Before that he grew up in Oklahoma City and played soccer for Missouri State University, where he graduated Cum Laude before embarking on his seven-year professional soccer career. Lance played goalkeeper for teams in the MLS and NASL such as Chivas USA, Miami FC, and FC Edmonton. After retiring from soccer, he moved to New York City and created his performance coaching company, Parker Peak Performance, where he focuses on optimizing his clients' nutrition habits, sleep hygiene, movement, and mindset, among other areas of health. In addition to coaching high-performance individuals.

The Mirror Sport 5K Training will get you ready

MIRROR’s new 5K Training Program will take you from wanting to do a 5K race to finishing one. As you train with The Mirror team you will learn to conquer those 3.1 miles in a personal best.
