Exciting NEW iFIT Features 2024-2025

Exciting news, the upcoming update to iFIT membership brings new and enhanced features, with a completely redesigned user interface (UI) to this workout training app plus a new name, iFIT PRO. We were lucky to get our hands on the latest beta version available to select Users.

So. What’s new for the 2024-2025 season:

What’s New for iFIT 2024-2025 season:

1. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video streaming. iFIT has added the capability to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime Video while you work out. There is an overlay that displays your stats for the workout over the streamed video, so you can keep track how the session is going at the same time. One of the most demanded features we covered for the Nordictrack s22i/S227i Studio Bike FAQs on how some users achieved this, now it’s to become a native iFit option not a hack.

2. Faster Loading of Workouts with reduced and eliminated buffering. The iFIT development team has further improved session-loading and overall speed of the iFIT app so there is no buffering while working out, watching your favorite show, or both. This is very evident when browsing workouts but blazingly quick now to perform a search for workouts in a country, at a location, by trainer, for beginners, intermediate or advanced fitness enthusiasts etc.

3. Building Custom Workouts. You can create-custom Time and Create-Distance workouts based on your goals (est. calorie burn, time, distance). Initially it will only be available on treadmills, but iFIT says this ability will be rolled out on all NordicTrack and Proform gear with its next big release. This will include rowers, bikes and ellipticals.

4. Workout Display Customization. Choose the metrics and charts you want to display during your workout. Display on screen those stats that are most important to you AND position where you want to see them.

It's important to note that the cost of an iFIT Pro membership subscription is separate from the price of your exercise equipment. You have the option to sign up for the membership during your purchase or use this link to pay the annual membership fee of $396, which again equates to approximately $33 per month or nearly just $1 per day.

GOOD VALUE

With iFIT Pro, you get four additional accounts for a total of 5 users. This offers great value for families or shared living situations. The iFIT membership includes a wide variety of well-produced 1-on-1, trainer-led destination workouts that are closely integrated and synchronize workouts with your equipment's speed, elevation, or resistance options.

If you decide to expand your home gym to include other iFIT-enabled Proform or NordicTrack equipment options such as a treadmill, rower, studio bike, or elliptical, you are all set with the one iFIT Pro subscription.

This means all iFIT classes and workouts will be available across all your exercise iFIT-enabled equipment including NordicTrack, Proform, or FreeMotion. The ability to add four extra users, combined with the high-quality 1-on-1 training content that can interact with your exercise equipment, makes iFIT Pro our recommendation and an essential component for the training value it provides.
