A Wedge Pillow to keep elevated
TIP: keep your head elevated at night. Use a wedge pillow so you sleep with your head up. There are others on Amazon that take up less space and cost a little less, but this Wedge, is a good option. Really helpful to stop coughing at night when you feel worse. PS: it is not a myth you feel worse at night. During the night, there is less cortisol in your blood. As a result, your white blood cells readily detect and fight infections in your body provoking the symptoms of the infection to surface, such as fever, congestion, chills, or sweating. For that reason, you tend to feel worse during the night.
HEADACHE RELIEF
Awful headaches are one of the symptoms that may be experienced. You need both Tylenol and Advil as they work differently, and you should alternate every 4 hours. Note below: Advil has a new dual action product that contains both Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen which is a great option.
CLEAN & SANITIZE
